Imagine yourself leaving your body, passing through the floors of your house, up out of the roof and into the sky above. Now image yourself soaring ever higher, the streets, houses, and lights of the world below shrinking into insignificance. Look down on the world and see how tiny it is, how tiny you are, how tiny all those problems that weigh you down now seem.
